Thank you for purchasing air tickets from Private Travel. Please review the following:

• You should have received an email from Private Travel with the subject “E-Ticket Confirmation—LAST/FIRST MIDDLE” for your issued air tickets. Unless advised otherwise this is the only air ticket confirmation you will receive from Private Travel.
• Please check the name on your air ticket confirmation. The name on your air ticket confirmation must exactly match the name on the government-issued photo ID used to board the aircraft for each leg of your trip. If the name doesn’t match or is misspelled please contact Private Travel immediately to correct it. Errors can be changed with no fee within 24 hours of ticket issue. Otherwise airline and Private Travel change fees will apply unless you purchased refundable tickets.
• Unless advised otherwise your air tickets are e-tickets (electronically stored in the airline database and not printed on paper). Almost all air tickets issued today are e-tickets with rare exceptions.
• To obtain your boarding pass visit your air carrier’s website 24 hours before departure and look for the online check-in link. You will need the airline reservation number located immediately below the payment information on your e-ticket confirmation email.
• Please review the air carrier e-ticketing legal notices online at: http://www.iatatravelcentre.com/tickets.
• You can view your air ticket online by visiting https://virtuallythere.com/ and inputting the Private Travel booking reference (located at the top of your e-ticket confirmation directly under the invoice number), your last name and the email address associated with your booking. Private Travel uses a third-party called Christopherson Andavo Travel to issue air tickets. You may see this name on your credit card statement.
