For one-time private trips a non-refundable $500 consulting fee begins the planning process and is applied to the final cost of your trip if you decide to travel. For multiple trips or to retain us as your full-time travel coordinator a yearly membership fee applies. Contact us for details.

The fees below apply to services rendered. Clients on the yearly membership plan pay no fees for unlimited services.

• Corporate Travel Fees (+ supplier fees where applicable)
  • $95.00—Reward card redemptions, 2-for-1 air tickets, and similar, per person
  • $50.00—Frequent flier redemptions, per person
  • $50.00—Air, train, bus or ferry tickets, per person
  • $100.00—Air ticket changes, per person (for non-refundable tickets)
  • $50.00—Air ticket, void & refund per person (within 24 hrs of original booking)
  • $25.00—Air ticket cancellation, per person (after 24 hrs)
  • $25.00—Air ticket refund, per person (applies to refundable tickets only)
  • $25.00—Train, bus or ferry ticket changes, per person
  • $25.00—Hotel reservation, per room
  • $25.00—Rental car reservation, per car
  • $25.00—Limo/transfer reservation, per car
  • $25.00—Dinner reservations, per party
  • $100.00—After hours emergency call

• Leisure Travel Fees
  • Initial 15 minute phone consultation is free. Email inquires receive an email response within 24 hours (or a phone call, if requested) and our reply or phone call is considered your 15 minute consultation.
  • After 15 minutes (or one email reply), a non-refundable $500 consulting fee applies and will be taken via credit card over the phone. This fee begins the trip planning process for custom private leisure trips and is applied to the final cost of your trip if you decide to travel.
  • For very complex trips or trips involving private charters a variable consulting fee applies and will be advised accordingly.
  • If you book a private land tour that includes guides, hotels, transfers and sightseeing as a package, then no additional fees apply to your booking.
  • If you simply need air, car, transfers or hotel or a combination of these, then the corporate travel fees listed above apply.

• Group Travel Fees
  • Group travel is defined as 10 or more persons traveling on the same itinerary. If your group has fewer than 10 people then the leisure travel fees above apply to your booking.
  • Initial 30 minute phone consultation is free. After 30 minutes or upon a follow up call, a non-refundable $1000 consulting fee applies and will be taken over the phone via credit card or via invoice if you prefer. This fee begins the trip planning process and is applied to the final cost of your trip if you decide to travel.
  • For very complex trips or trips involving private charters a variable consulting fee applies and will be advised accordingly.
  • If your group land tour includes guides, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing, then no additional fees apply to your booking.
